Coaches,
We have had an outstanding turnout for our sectional meet this week.  We have over 800 swimmers entered in the meet.  This is  200 more than we had 2 years ago and a 100 more than last year.  It will be a very fast and competitive meet.  Good luck to all swimmers and teams.  
We will need to to the following to make the meet better for everyone:

1. We will use flyover starts for all prelim sessions.
2. On Thursday and Friday all relays will swim in finals.  We will swim the fast 2 heats of women, then the fastest 2 heats of men, then alternate women and men for fastest to slowest.
3. On Thursday and Friday for the 200 and 400 events, all heats that have only bonus event swimmers will swim in a "B" flight which will start immediately after the conclusion of the morning session.  There will not be an additional warmup period.
4. With the length of the morning sessions, it looks like the best days to time trial will be Thursday and Friday.  
5. At finals we will break for awards, but we will do these quickly.
6. Also for the final heat we will just announce names and teams, no bio information.
